Battle

BATTLE OF THE CLASSES!!!! Now, before I go into details about my opinions on battle, let me explain what it is in the first place, for those of you living under a rock. Battle of the classes is an event where each of the grade and faculty compete in various events such as hallway decorating and races. he grade with the most wins at the end wins Battle.  Let's just stop and think about this for a second, HOW CAN A LITTLE FRESHMAN BEAT A SENIOR. I mean, seriously. One time I think I saw one senior eat 3 freshmen for lunch! Aside from the fact that seniors win, or eat freshman trying, battle is a fun experience and an excuse for all of the kids in each grade to unite towards a common goal, winning. This describes my experience during battle. I became closer with my friends, reconnected with some old ones and made some new ones. I would like battle more than once a year but, hey, that's what makes it special.

I wonder what it would be like to have a STAC Battle?  We could have the grades compete against each other for a winner.  The competitions would consist of most liminal drawing, most sublime tug of pathos vs ethos and name that Yugoslavian director. Maybe next year.
